What a mess!
Some users who bought the Rebel Heart Tour ticket for the dates of Turin, are receiving an email for a refund rather than a concert ticket. Apparently it seems that the website went haywire at the time of the sale and then sold double tickets and now they are canceling during shipment.
Naturally, every unlucky user is very angry
